Privacy policy

How Out Market Them handles information provided through this website.

Website operator

This website is operated by Out Market Them LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating in Australia.

Information you provide

The public qualification quizzes ask about your advertising goal, package preference, business, market, readiness and contact details. The public booking page asks for contact, business, industry and market details before showing available call times. When you submit either form, its details are securely sent to Out Market Them after you provide contact consent.

Applications and enquiries

If you submit an application, enter details to book a call or contact Out Market Them by email, the supplied information may be used to respond, assess service and area fit, arrange a call, prepare an agreement, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Submitted applications and booking enquiries are sent to HighLevel, our customer relationship and communications provider. HighLevel is used to create or update the contact record and request an email and SMS acknowledgement. Message delivery can be affected by incorrect details, opt-outs, do-not-disturb settings, inbox providers and mobile carriers.

Native call booking and reminders

People who enter their details on the public booking page receive access to available call times. Qualified quiz applicants receive a private, expiring booking link. The booking system creates a private session before showing times and does not place contact details in the booking URL. When you book, Out Market Them stores the call time, timezone and a contact snapshot in its own booking system. HighLevel is used to send the confirmation and to schedule email and SMS reminders approximately 24 hours and 2 hours before the call. Cancelling a call in the OMT system also requests cancellation of any scheduled reminders that have not yet been sent.

If an authorised Out Market Them administrator connects a Google Calendar, the booking system requests Google's free and busy permission, read-only calendar list permission, and permission to manage events on calendars that account owns. The calendar list permission is used only to resolve the connected account's primary calendar identifier. OMT then checks whether a proposed time conflicts with a busy period on that calendar. It does not request or use event titles, descriptions, attendees or locations. When a call is booked, OMT writes a single event holding that time, titled only "BLOCKED", carrying no customer name, business, contact details or other content, and it removes that event if the call is cancelled. It does not read, change or delete any other event. Google Calendar credentials are encrypted in server-only storage. Google API data is used only to provide this conflict check and is not sold or used for advertising.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Public marketing and campaign landing pages use Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms. The Pixel records a PageView when one of those pages loads. Private booking and Fast Track links do not load Meta Pixel, which prevents the secure URL token from being exposed to Meta. Submitting only the public booking details does not itself send those contact details to Meta. When a quiz application is securely stored and confirmed as initially qualified by the Out Market Them server, the standard Lead event may be sent both from the browser through Meta Pixel and from the server through Meta Conversions API. Both copies use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them.

If an eligible applicant opens Stripe Checkout for the Fast Track offer, the server may send an InitiateCheckout event. After Stripe confirms the A$99 deposit, the server may send a Purchase event with AUD currency and an A$99 value. These events are sent through Conversions API rather than loading Meta Pixel on the private Fast Track page.

For contact matching, the server may send Meta normalised, SHA-256 hashed versions of the email address, phone number, first and last name, country, postcode and an internal identifier when available and valid. Out Market Them does not send Meta the raw contact details or quiz answers. Meta cannot use a hash to read the original value directly, but may compare it with hashes generated from information it already holds.

Technical matching data may be sent without hashing when available, including IP address, browser user agent, page URL, event timestamp, Meta browser identifier and Meta click identifier. This data is used for campaign measurement, attribution, match quality and advertising optimisation where permitted. Because server delivery occurs after an initially qualified quiz application is submitted or a Fast Track checkout action occurs, blocking a browser tracking request may not prevent that server event. Meta and the website's hosting and security providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy practices. More information is available in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

The campaign landing pages use Microsoft Clarity to help Out Market Them understand how visitors use those pages. Clarity may collect interaction and technical information such as clicks, scrolling, page views, device and browser details, and session recordings. The entire qualification form and its results panel are explicitly masked so their contents are not uploaded to Clarity. Clarity is not loaded on private booking or Fast Track pages. This information is used to improve the landing-page experience and campaign performance.

Disclosure and storage

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate advertising measurement, communications, hosting and business systems. It is not sold as a standalone product. Retention should be limited to the period needed for the business purpose, record keeping and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit an application or booking enquiry. Browser controls and extensions can block or clear cookies and tracking requests, and Meta provides advertising preference controls through its own services. You can ask not to receive further email or SMS messages and can use any unsubscribe or opt-out option included in a message. To ask about personal information, correction or deletion, contact hello@outmarketthem.com. Rights and exceptions depend on the laws that apply to the request.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
