We back every campaign with a 14-day lead guarantee. If we don't deliver at least one qualifying lead in the first 14 days of being live, we refund your management fee and keep working for free until we do.
How it works
The 14-day window starts on the date your campaign goes live and begins serving impressions on Meta, not on the day you sign up.
A “qualifying lead” means a contactable enquiry generated through the Meta campaigns we manage for you, such as a form submission, lead-form completion, or qualifying message as recorded by Meta or our reporting tools.
If we haven't delivered at least one qualifying lead within the 14-day window, email us and we'll refund your management fees from campaign launch through the end of that window. Then we keep working for free until we get you that lead.
Your Meta ad spend is separate and is not refunded by us. that goes directly to Meta.
Guarantee conditions
The guarantee applies when all of the following are met:
- A minimum daily Meta ad spend of $30/day is maintained for the full 14-day window.
- No pauses or budget cuts during the 14-day period initiated by you.
- Campaign is live and actively serving impressions on Meta.
- No Meta account suspensions or policy actions outside our control.
- You provide access to your ad account, Facebook page, and brand materials on time.
